How to use check SPELLING & GRAMMAR errors

a.) Click on the "SPELLING AND GRAMMAR" in the TOOLS menu.



b.) Read the sentences and spelling twice to confirm the error and Click "CHANGE" to correct the error or Click "IGNORE" to ignore the error message.
